Shipping policy

 Changing Shipping Address:

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address information. We advise you to please make sure that you enter the correct address that includes all relevant and/or required information needed. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable).

D'Perrotti does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, stolen or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

 Lost / Stolen / Misplaced / Claimed "Delivery" / Damaged Packages:

Please, understand that once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, unfortunately, it is out of our hands if a package is lost, stolen, misplaced, claimed "delivery" or damaged package.  If you feel as though your package has been lost, stolen, misplaced, claimed to be "delivered", or damaged package please contact and submit a claim to UPS or USPS as they try to help and resolve any inconveniences.

Tracking:

All tracking information is provided and sent to the customers email provided at checkout after purchase.

If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, D'Perrotti, Inc. is not responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United Parcel Service (UPS) or The United States Postal Service (USPS). As shown on the tracking site you can see on record it was shipped from our facility.

Processing time:

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard/ground orders can take up to 5 to 8 business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays to process. We at D'Perrotti care for all of our garments and the customer deserves top quality care during every garment being made, handled and packaged.
